Delicious and nutritious dish. Chicken soaked in soy sauce turns out juicy, with a golden crust and incredibly aromatic.
It is necessary
- - 700 g of chicken meat;
- - 1 small onion head;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 3 potatoes;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - 6 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
- - 1 tsp. Sahara;
- - 1/4 Art. vegetable oil;
- - 3 tbsp. l. pickle from pickled vegetables;
- - spices to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into portions, rinse. Combine soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, sugar, spices, chopped garlic in a cup. Place the chicken in the sauce and rub well into the poultry. Send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes to infuse.
Step 2
In a well-heated frying pan, fry the chicken on all sides in sunflower oil, put in a multicooker bowl.
Step 3
Cut the onion into half rings, fry it, put it on the chicken meat. Cut the carrots into cubes and send them to the onion and meat.
Step 4
Cut the potatoes into large wedges. Place the potatoes on top of the rest of the ingredients, add spices to taste. Top up with some sunflower oil and pickle from canned vegetables (preferably from cucumbers or tomatoes).
Step 5
Cook on Simmer for 2 hours. Serve with buckwheat or rice.
