Instructions

Step 1

Strawberry jam

Sort the berries, then rinse well under running water. Place them in a saucepan or bowl in which you will prepare the jam, and cover with sugar. Leave on for 5-6 hours for the berries to release the juice.

Step 2

Put the dishes with berries over low heat. Bring to a boil. Stir from time to time to prevent the jam from burning. Remove any foam that appears.

Step 3

Cook the strawberries for another 10-15 minutes. Then remove from the stove and leave to cool completely. After the jam can be poured into jars and removed for the winter, or you can enjoy it right now.

Step 4

Strawberry compote

Sort the berries, wash well and put them in a jar. Make sugar syrup. Mix 300 g of sugar with a liter of water, put on medium heat and bring to a boil. The sugar should be completely dissolved.

Step 5

Then pour this syrup over the strawberries, close with a tight lid and leave to cool. When the compote has cooled to room temperature, you can put it in the refrigerator. After 1-2 days, the compote will be ready to eat.

Step 6

Strawberry tea

Dry the wild strawberries with cuttings and leaves in the sun and put them in a cotton bag. When making tea, you will need 3-4 tablespoons of the product per liter of water.

Step 7

Boil water. Scald a ceramic teapot with boiling water. Sprinkle in dried strawberries, wait 5-10 minutes. Then pour hot water over the berries. Cover and let sit for 15-20 minutes.

Step 8

Now you can pour the aromatic strawberry tea into the cups. If desired, you can add honey or a couple of teaspoons of sugar to it.
