Chicken soup is a simple and hearty dish that even children love. It is usually made with vermicelli or homemade noodles, but stars can also be added. They will add a festive look to your soup and make it even more delicious. And the recipe is completely uncomplicated and does not require much time from you!
It is necessary
- - Chicken (fillet or individual parts), 0.3-0.4 kg.;
- - Potatoes, 2-3 medium pieces;
- - Carrots, 1 pc.;
- - Onion, 1 pc.;
- - Star pasta, 100 gr.;
- - Water, 2.5-3 l.;
- - Salt and spices to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the meat well. If you have fillets, don't cut them into small cubes. If you have whole chicken or portions of it, also divide the meat into small to medium-sized pieces. At the same time, try to leave the bones and skins, then the broth will turn out to be rich and more satisfying.
Step 2
Chop the onion very finely (if making soup for children, you can use white onion, it tastes better). It is recommended to cut carrots with a curly knife, this will give the finished dish a very aesthetic look.
Step 3
Rinse the potatoes thoroughly, peel and cut into small cubes or slices.
Step 4
Place all the prepared ingredients in the multicooker bowl, then add salt and spices (if the soup will be eaten by children, add only a little dried herbs and granulated garlic, and if only adults will eat it, you can also add red or black pepper).
Step 5
Pour water into the bowl. Close the cover. Set the "Soup" mode for 1 hour or the "Stew" mode for an hour and a half.
Step 6
5-10 minutes before the end of the mode, add the asterisk pasta and mix with a silicone deep spoon (usually comes standard with any multicooker).
Step 7
Wait until the end of the program, open the lid of the multicooker, stir the soup again. Serve it to the table, sprinkled with fresh herbs. Bon Appetit!
