It is necessary

  • Filling:
  • - 350 g chicken breasts
  • - 1 bell pepper
  • - 2 large onions
  • - 1 small vegetable marrow
  • - 200 g champignons
  • - 200-250 g grated cheese
  • - 1 tsp marjoram
  • - 0.25 tsp Chile
  • Dough:
  • - 2 tbsp. flour
  • - 0.75 st. milk
  • - 1 tbsp. l. Sahara
  • - 2.5 Art. tablespoons of sunflower oil
  • - 1 tbsp. l. dry yeast
  • - a pinch of salt
  • Sauce:
  • - 0.5 tbsp. water
  • - 4 medium tomatoes
  • - 0.25 tsp chili
  • - 0.75 tsp sugar
  • - salt (to taste)
  • - vegetable oil for frying.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into medium pieces. Add chili and salt.

Step 2

Cut all vegetables into large pieces, mix with chicken breast.

Step 3

Fry the resulting filling a little, adding marjoram and salt.

Step 4

Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, remove the skin. Cut into small pieces.

Step 5

Put chopped tomatoes in a pan, add water, chili, sugar and salt. Mix the sauce thoroughly. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 6

Once the sauce is cooked, combine it with the chicken breast and vegetables. Leave the filling to cool.

Step 7

Warm the milk slightly until warm.

Step 8

Mix yeast and sugar with milk, leave for 10 minutes.

Step 9

Add flour, vegetable oil and salt to the milk. Knead a homogeneous dough. We leave the dough to fit.

Step 10

As soon as the dough comes up, divide it into two parts.

Roll out one part of the dough. Lay the filling on top in an even layer. Leave 3-4 cm of dough without filling on the sides.

Step 12

After laying out all the filling, sprinkle it with grated cheese generously and evenly on top.

The rest of the dough is also rolled into a layer, the same size as the first part.

Step 14

Cover the filling with the dough, join, fasten and fold the joined edges of the pizza up. In the center of the top layer of the pizza, make a small cut to let the air out.

Step 15

We place the pizza in an oven preheated to 220 degrees. Bake for 20-25 minutes (the dough should turn golden brown).
