Delicious tartlets are perfect for a cold or hot snack.
It is necessary

- - 250 g butter;
- - 250 g of mushrooms;
- - 40 g butter (for lubrication);
- - 1 PC. bulb;
- - 200 g spinach;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 300 g chicken fillet;
- - 1 PC. yolk;
- - 0.5 teaspoon of salt;
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare shortbread dough: grind flour with butter, add eggs, water.
Knead the dough, form a disk out of it, wrap it in foil, place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step 2
Finely chopped mushrooms, onion and garlic, fry for 5 minutes with butter (1 tablespoon).
Fry the spinach and chicken fillet, chopped into strips, separately in butter.
Combine the chicken with onions and mushrooms, salt the filling to taste.
Step 3
Roll out the dough with a thickness of 5 mm, make 24 circles, half of which are put into tins for muffins, pre-oiled, pressing the dough well to the walls and to the bottom.
Step 4
Put the filling in the molds and cover with the remaining circles, holding the edges together.
Step 5
On top of the tartlets, prick with a fork, grease with yolk and bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 40 minutes.
