It is necessary

  • - 200-220 g of fresh mushrooms;
  • - a clove of garlic;
  • - a little oil to lubricate the mold;
  • - 280 g frozen spinach;
  • - 4 eggs;
  • - 240 ml of milk;
  • - 50-60 g feta cheese;
  • - 20-30 g of grated Parmesan;
  • - 50 g grated mozzarella;
  • - salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Defrost the spinach in a colander to drain the excess liquid. Preheat the oven to 175C.

Cut the champignons into thin plastics and fry in a minimum amount of oil with salt, pepper and squeezed garlic. The champignons should be fried over low heat until all the liquid has evaporated.
