Quiche is a traditional French dish, which is an open pie with different fillings. Traditionally, the base of the pie is made from minced dough, but you can make a dietary version without using flour.
It is necessary
- - 200-220 g of fresh mushrooms;
- - a clove of garlic;
- - a little oil to lubricate the mold;
- - 280 g frozen spinach;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 240 ml of milk;
- - 50-60 g feta cheese;
- - 20-30 g of grated Parmesan;
- - 50 g grated mozzarella;
- - salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost the spinach in a colander to drain the excess liquid. Preheat the oven to 175C.
Step 2
Cut the champignons into thin plastics and fry in a minimum amount of oil with salt, pepper and squeezed garlic. The champignons should be fried over low heat until all the liquid has evaporated.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish or quiche with butter. Squeeze the spinach and put half on the bottom of the mold, add the mushrooms, put the remaining spinach and pieces of feta cheese on top.
Step 4
Beat eggs in a bowl, add milk, parmesan and a little ground pepper. Pour the egg mixture into the mold and sprinkle the quiche with mozzarella.
Step 5
We bake the quiche in the oven for 45-60 minutes - it should turn golden, and the middle should be completely baked.
