There is nothing tastier and more satisfying than pizza, especially when it is made with your own hands, and not bought in a store. After all, you can put your favorite ingredient in it, not according to the recipe, but a little more.

It is necessary

  • For the test:
  • - 250 g flour,
  • - 1/4 h, l. salt and sugar,
  • - 1 tsp. yeast.
  • For filling:
  • - 1 can of canned mackerel,
  • - 1 small onion,
  • - 1 tomato,
  • - 2 cloves of garlic,
  • - hard cheese,
  • - olive oil,
  • - spices.

Instructions

Step 1

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm baking soda. Add 2 tbsp. l. flour and stir. Leave it on for half an hour.

Step 2

Then add the resulting dough to the remaining flour, salt, add 100 ml of warm water and knead the dough. Cover the finished dough with a towel and leave for 1 hour. Roll out the dough into a circle no more than 0.5 cm thick.

Step 3

Now prepare the filling. Use a fork to disassemble the fish. Finely chop the onion and garlic, mix with the fish. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Step 4

Grease the dough with olive oil, put the tomatoes on one half of it, then the fish filling, season if desired, sprinkle with cheese on top. Cover the filling with the other half of the dough and secure the edges well. Transfer the pizza to a baking sheet, brush with yolk on top and bake for 25-30 minutes.
