An easy-to-prepare and very tender dessert will help mothers to persuade capricious children to eat healthy cottage cheese. The combination of sour curd flavor with subtle shades of chocolate and vanilla creates a pleasant mood for dessert on a summer evening.
It is necessary
- - half a kilogram of low-fat cottage cheese;
- - 2 glasses of milk;
- - 400 g of yogurt or low-fat sour cream;
- - half a glass of sugar;
- - 2 tablespoons of cocoa;
- - 40 g of gelatin;
- - vanillin or natural vanilla.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour warm milk over the gelatin and leave to swell for about an hour. Put the swollen gelatin on low heat and, stirring slowly, bring until dissolved. Add sugar and vanilla to the milk with gelatin, cool when completely dissolved. Then add sour cream and stir well.
Step 2
Beat the cottage cheese in a blender until smooth, or rub thoroughly through a sieve. Combine with sour cream and milk mixture.
Step 3
Divide the result in half and add cocoa to one of the portions. Pour the second part, no cocoa, into a square shape and put in the freezer for 20 minutes. You can just leave it in the refrigerator until it hardens completely.
Step 4
After the first layer hardens and becomes elastic, pour the brown mixture on top and send it back to the cold.
Step 5
When the jelly is completely set, remove it from the mold and cut it into small squares. Sprinkle each piece with powdered sugar or grated chocolate, garnish with berries.
