Chocolate is not only a tasty product, but also very healthy. This delicacy has properties to lower blood cholesterol, reduce the risk of strokes and heart attacks, and flavonoids, which are present in sufficient quantities in chocolate, help slow down the aging of the body.
It is necessary
- - 100 g of cocoa powder (take a powder that has no additives);
- - dessert spoon of sugar (or powdered sugar);
- - 50-70 g of fresh butter;
- - 120 g of milk with a fat content of more than 3% (6 tablespoons);
- - Art. a spoonful of hazelnuts;
- - Art. spoon of raisins.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a small saucepan and combine the sugar and cocoa in it. Add half of the cooked milk to the mixture (milk can be replaced with cream, in this case the chocolate will turn out to be creamier) and mix everything thoroughly and whisk to eliminate the formation of lumps.
Step 2
Place the pot on the stove and gradually pour the remaining milk into it, stirring constantly to stir the chocolate mass. Boil the chocolate for 15-25 minutes over low heat, it is necessary that about 1/4 of the liquid evaporates.
Step 3
Chop the hazelnuts with a knife, fry it in a hot frying pan without oil. Pour the raisins for five minutes with hot water, the temperature of which is at least 70-80 degrees. Drain and dry the berries (use disposable towels for this).
Step 4
Add fresh butter to the hot chocolate mass (if you have cocoa butter or coconut butter in your refrigerator, replace butter with any of these oils), chopped roasted hazelnuts and raisins. Mix these ingredients well and pour into a special mold, greased with butter beforehand. Let the chocolate cool at room temperature, then place the mold in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Step 5
Take out the chocolate mold and transfer the delicious and aromatic dessert to any flat dish (to do this, dip the chocolate mold in boiling water for five seconds, then just turn it over onto a dish or tray).
