Ingredients:

  • 400 g of natural yoghurt without additives;
  • 200 g of ripe strawberries.

Preparation:

  1. Before proceeding with the direct preparation of ice cream, you should start preparing the berries. Such a dessert is most delicious from ripe strawberries and it is better if it is homemade, since such a berry is much more aromatic and tasty.
  2. The berries must be sorted out, removing all rotten and immature ones, and it is also necessary to remove the stalks. After that, the strawberries are thoroughly washed and poured into a colander to drain excess liquid. However, you can also sprinkle the berries on a paper towel, which will absorb excess moisture. After that, the strawberries must be cut into pieces and mashed from them. A blender will help you with this.
  3. After that, it is necessary to pour yogurt into the berry mass, do not forget to cool it first. Yogurt with different flavors can also be suitable for cooking, but it is better to take it without additives. If you like sugary ice cream, add granulated sugar to the blender. But do not overdo it, a couple of spoons will be enough.
  4. Then you will need to thoroughly beat the berry-yogurt mass. To do this, your kitchen appliance must be set to the highest power. The whipping process should continue for a few minutes.
  5. Then the resulting mass is laid out in a deep cup, covered with a lid on top, and cling film is simply excellent for this purpose. After that, the ice cream is placed in the freezer.
  6. When 30 minutes have passed, take out the cup and stir it thoroughly with a spoon. This procedure should be carried out every half hour (at least three times) until the ice cream becomes thick.

During serving, the finished dessert can be decorated as you like best. For example, fragrant strawberries whole or cut into pieces, you can also put a mint leaf.
