Do you like ice cream? If so, try making it at home. Need strawberries, yogurt and some free time. And how delicious it turns out, much tastier than the store one. The recipe is below.
It is necessary
- - 500 ml of yogurt,
- - 300 g of strawberries,
- - 200 g sugar,
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of water
- - vanilla sugar to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the strawberries (use only ripe, not crumpled berries). Peel off the tails, dry, cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Place strawberry slices in a skillet, add 200 grams of sugar (regular or cane sugar) and 2 tablespoons of room temperature water. Put a frying pan with berries on a low heat, with occasional stirring, boil the berries for 15 minutes (the strawberry mass will thicken a little during this time). Then remove from heat.
Step 3
Grind strawberries in sugar through a strainer, cool to room temperature. Grind the strawberries until smooth in a blender.
Step 4
Mix natural yogurt (preferably homemade) with grated strawberries. Transfer the resulting mass to any suitable freezer container. Place in the freezer.
Step 5
Take out ice cream every half hour for two hours and stir vigorously. Then leave the ice cream in the freezer until it solidifies. Arrange the finished ice cream in portioned cups, garnish with fresh berries, sprinkle with chocolate chips and serve.
