You will need:

- 500 ml of yogurt;

- a teaspoon of lemon juice;

- 200 grams of raspberries;

- 100 grams of granulated sugar.

Sort the berries, put them in a blender, add lemon juice and sugar to them, beat everything well. Place the raspberry puree in the yogurt bowl and stir. Transfer the prepared mass to an ice cream maker and turn on the device. Transfer the finished ice cream to a special container for freezing, close it with a lid and put it in the freezer for 1, 5-2 hours.

Yogurt Ice Cream Recipe

You will need:

- 300 ml of yogurt;

- two lemons;

- 200 grams of powdered sugar;

- 400 ml of cream, 30% fat.

First of all, wash the lemons, peel them and grate the zest, squeeze the juice from the lemons themselves. Mix lemon juice with zest and powdered sugar. Whip the cream into a foam, mix it with yogurt and lemon juice, then put it in the freezer for two to three hours. An important point: ice cream must be taken out of the refrigerator every 30 minutes and beat with a mixer. Put the finished ice cream on the bowls and serve, pouring it on top, for example, with syrup.

How to make fruit and yogurt ice cream

You will need:

- 500 ml of any fruit yogurt (preferably at least 7% fat);

- a tablespoon of lemon juice;

- five tablespoons of sugar (less);

- 300 grams of your favorite fruits and berries.

First of all, rinse the berries and fruits, grind them with a blender in puree. Add a tablespoon of lemon juice to them (if you take sweet berries and fruits for dessert, for example, bananas, peaches, then you can add a little more lemon juice), yogurt, powdered sugar, and then whisk everything well. Transfer the prepared mass to an ice cream maker, turn on the device, when the ice cream acquires a thick sweetened consistency, transfer it to a container and place it in the freezer for an hour.
