In the hot season, the temperature outside rises rapidly. A refreshing dessert should definitely be light! For example, this is a wonderful yogurt ice cream!
It is necessary
- - 250 g banana;
- - 250 g strawberries;
- - 250 g blueberries;
- - 420 g of natural yogurt;
- - 1 tsp vanilla extract;
- - 3 tbsp. liquid honey.
Instructions
Step 1
The form in which we will prepare our ice cream should be lined with cling film in a couple of layers.
Step 2
Using a mixer, turn the banana into an absolutely smooth puree. We add 140 g (that is, one third of the total amount) of natural yoghurt and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth. Add a tablespoon of honey, mix thoroughly again and pour into a mold. We send it to the freezer so that the layer "grabs".
Step 3
Then we do the same with strawberries and cherries: we send the berry to the blender first, then add a third of yogurt and honey to it, mix thoroughly and pour it onto the "set" layer.
Step 4
We wait until it hardens completely (about 3 hours), cut it into portions with a hot knife and serve! It will be great to pour with jam to taste.
