The long-awaited holiday of the Bright Resurrection of Christ is coming soon. Of course, everyone will have Easter cakes and colored eggs on the table. But every housewife wants to surprise her family and friends with something unusual. Having put a salad in the form of an Easter cake on the festive table, and no one can remain indifferent.
It is necessary
- -potatoes 2 pieces
- - chicken fillet 150 gr
- - egg 4 pcs.
- -carrot 2 pcs.
- - pickled champignons 500 gr
- -mayonnaise
- -bread croutons
- - green onion
- -Bell pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Boil potatoes, carrots and chicken fillet. Cut the fillet into small squares and mix with green onions.
Step 2
We also cut the champignons and mix with green onions.
Step 3
Separate the whites from the yolks in the eggs.
Step 4
If you don't have a mold at home, use a cut 2 liter plastic bottle to make this salad.

We put this form on a plate and lay out the salad in layers:
First layer: grated potatoes.
Second: chicken fillet with green onions.
Third: grated carrots.
Fourth: chopped champignons.
Fifth: three egg yolks.
Step 6
Repeat layers all the way to the top, trying to tamp the salad. Grease each layer with mayonnaise.
Step 7
Grind the croutons into powder. Cover the salad with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Put large croutons on top to add volume to the cake, and carefully glue the cake around with small ones.
Step 8
We still have egg whites. Grate them on a fine grater, mix with mayonnaise and put on top of the cake salad.
Step 9
You can cut out the letters XB from sweet pepper and decorate the cake, or you can simply cut into cubes.
