Step 1

Remove the oil from the refrigerator first to soften it. Grind the leaves of the tea leaves, if they are large.

Line muffin molds with special cuffs or grease with oil. If baking in silicone, simply sprinkle them with water. Put the oven on preheat to 180 degrees.
