    • 0.25 cups of honey.
    • For the cream:
    • 1, 5 cups of natural yogurt;
    • 0.3 cups honey;
    • 1, 5 cups 20% cream.
    • For figs
    • baked with honey:
    • 12 fresh figs;
    • 4 pinches of garam masala spice mixture;
    • 8 tbsp. l. liquid honey;
    • 250 ml of natural yogurt;
    • a handful of almond petals.

Sift flour into an enamel or glass bowl, add water, vinegar, salt and knead a thick dough, adding oil drop by drop during kneading. When the dough is smooth and elastic, cover with a towel and set aside for 30 minutes. Divide the dough into pieces of the desired size, roll out to a thickness of 3-5 millimeters, cover with an oiled cloth until you are ready to use.

Cut the figs into large thick plates, preheat the oven to 200 ° C, heat the baking sheet, beat the egg lightly, grease the baking sheet with butter, cut out a sufficient number of identical circles from the dough, put on a baking sheet.
