Instructions
Step 1
Separate the yolks from the proteins. Mash the yolks with sugar and butter, add milk. Beat with a mixer.

Add flour, coffee and baking powder without stopping whisking.

Beat the whites separately, mix them into the resulting dough.

Insert paper cuffs into muffin cups. Spread out the dough, filling 3/3 of the molds. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes.

Cool the finished products on a wire rack.

Prepare the cream. Whisk the icing sugar with curd cream, cream, instant cappuccino coffee.
