A fairly simple recipe, but the dessert turns out to be very refined and tasty. You will definitely remember this taste!
It is necessary
- - 10 eggs;
- - a glass of sugar;
- - 250 g margarine;
- - 0.5 teaspoons of soda;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vinegar;
- - flour;
- For glaze:
- - 4 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
- - 4 teaspoons of cocoa;
- - 6 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 50 g butter;
- - 200-250 g waffles.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil all the eggs hard-boiled, peel and separate the whites from the yolks. No proteins will be used. Put the yolks in a deep bowl and knead thoroughly with a fork. Then add sugar, grind everything well, add soft margarine and grind everything again and mix until smooth.
Step 2
Gradually add flour and stir. When the dough is still thin, add baking soda and extinguish it all with vinegar and continue adding flour. Stir the dough with your hands and add flour (until the dough no longer sticks to your hands).
Step 3
While the oven warms up to 180 degrees (10-15 minutes), you need to roll balls from the resulting dough, about 3-4 cm in diameter, and put them on a dry baking sheet close to each other. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4
Glaze: Stir sour cream, cocoa and sugar and put in an iron bowl over low heat, stirring constantly. When this mixture starts to boil, add butter and boil again, stirring until thick.
Step 5
Twist the waffles in a meat grinder.
Step 6
Take the cooled ball, dip in the cooled icing and sprinkle with waffles on all sides.
