Pie "Kroshka" is suitable for those who do not like to spend a long time at the stove. It is prepared quickly and with a minimum of products. But all this does not affect the gustatory splendor in any way. Delicate dessert will be a great treat for the whole family and guests. How to make the Crumb pie?
Ingredients:
- Flour - 2 cups
- Egg
- Packing butter / margarine (150g)
- Curd packaging
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Vanillin (optional) - 1 tsp
Preparation:
- Freeze the butter and then grate on a coarse grater. Then add flour and half a glass of sugar. Grind all components to crumbs.
- Now you can start preparing the filling. To do this, mix the egg, cottage cheese, the remaining half a glass of sugar and vanillin in a separate bowl. Everything should be turned into a homogeneous mass.
- Divide the dough in two. Grease a baking sheet with oil or cover with special baking paper.
- Put the pie in three layers: first the crumb dough, then the curd filling. And cover everything with the remaining dough.
- Preheat the oven to about 180 degrees. Bake dessert for half an hour.
Helpful hints:
- To make the cake more crumbly, you can add a teaspoon of slaked vinegar / lemon juice to the dough.
- If you wish, you can decorate the "Kroshka" cake with fresh berries or chocolate after baking. These products go well with curd filling.
- Sometimes pastry chefs, after dividing the dough into two, make one more whole and roll it out as a base for a pie. And sprinkle the cake on top with the second part, crumbs.
