- 0.5 kg pork heart;
- 1 medium carrot;
- 1 small onion head;
- 100 g of processed cheese. The product sold in "trays" for making salad with pork heart will not work. Buy syrt such as "Friendship", "Orbit", etc.;
- 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste or thick ketchup;
- 1 tbsp. l. wheat flour;
- 1 tbsp. l. sunflower oil;
- Mineral water;
- Salt and spices at your discretion.

If you have all of the listed ingredients, then you can start preparing a warm pork heart salad. The first thing to do is to thoroughly rinse the offal under a powerful stream of cold water.
Step 2
Cut a clean pork heart into small pieces, remove vessels and films when cutting the product.

Put in a frying pan with high sides on gas, when the dishes are warmed up, pour in sunflower oil, put the chopped heart. Fry the offal for 7-10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove the husk from the onion and chop it as small as possible. Wash the carrots, peel, chop on a coarse grater. Put the prepared vegetables in a pan to the heart, add salt and spices to taste, mix the ingredients.

Simmer the offal with vegetables over low heat for 5-7 minutes. Then add flour and tomato paste to the skillet. Stir the dish thoroughly to prevent the flour from forming lumps.

Pour mineral water into the pan. The liquid should completely cover the food. After adding the water, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the dish over minimum heat for 40 minutes. Time is approximate. The finer you cut the offal, the faster it will come in handy, large pieces will take longer to stew.

If you see that the pork heart is almost ready, add melted cheese grated on a coarse shredder to the pan. Stir the dish.

Simmer all the ingredients together for 8-10 minutes and the pork heart salad is ready.

It is recommended to serve the dish warm, sprinkled with chopped herbs. If the salad is cold by the time the guests arrive, don't worry. Cold appetizer is also good.
