It is necessary

  • - 200 ml of milk;
  • - 50 g butter;
  • - 50 g low-fat sour cream;
  • - 400 g minced meat;
  • - 4 things. chicken eggs;
  • - 2 pcs. bulbs;
  • - 20 g of white flour of the highest grade;
  • - 5 g of black pepper;
  • - 100 g of fresh herbs;
  • - 20 ml tomato paste;
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Take a small cup, place the minced meat in it, salt and pepper. Rinse the onion in cold water, dry and peel. Finely chop one onion and add to the minced meat, mix and let it brew a little.

Step 2

Hard-boiled eggs, cool and peel. Chop the peeled eggs finely. Rinse greens and let dry, chop finely and mix with eggs. Add sour cream to the mixture, mix everything and salt.

Step 3

In a well-heated skillet, melt the butter and lay out one third of the minced meat in an oval. Lay a mixture of eggs and herbs with sour cream on top. Toast a little. Top with the remaining minced meat and, turning slowly, fry. Cool slightly and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.

Put the finished roll on a long dish, brush with a mixture of tomato paste and butter. You can decorate with herbs as you wish.
