You will need:
- 1 cup fish broth
- 3 tbsp. l. mustard
- ¼ glasses of dry white wine
- 2 tbsp. l. flour
- ¼ pack of butter (about 50 gr.)
- salt and ground pepper
Heat the butter in a skillet and fry the flour in it. Then add fish broth, stir and cook for 5-10 minutes over low heat. Remove the pan from the stove, add mustard, salt, pepper, pour in the wine and stir.
You will need:
- 1 cup tomato ketchup or tomato juice
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- ½ glass of water
- 1 small hot pepper pod
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt
Grate the garlic on a fine grater, add finely chopped pepper to it and salt. Add vinegar, ketchup, garlic-pepper mass to the water and mix.
You will need:
- 1 cup fish broth
- 40 g butter
- ½ lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. l. flour
- fresh herbs (dill or parsley)
- salt and pepper
Fry the flour in half the butter, add the broth and simmer for 10 minutes. Turn off heat, add salt, pepper, remaining oil, lemon juice. Rub the resulting mass through a sieve and add chopped greens.
