  • - ¼ Art. milk;
  • - ½ tbsp hot sauce (for tartar sauce);
  • - 1 tbsp. hot sauce (for nuggets);
  • - 2 tbsp. bread crumbs;
  • - 2, 5 tbsp. pickle from pickles;
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • - 450 g of fish (for example, cod);
  • - 2 eggs.

Instructions

Step 1

Immediately turn on the preheat oven. The temperature in it at the time of cooking should be 220 degrees.

Break the eggs into a deep bowl, add the required amount of yogurt, mustard and sauce to them. Then pour milk into the mixture and beat the mixture well using a mixer. Pour the breadcrumbs into a saucer.

Step 3

Cut the fish fillets into small pieces and sprinkle them with lemon juice. Season the fish with pepper and salt. Next, first dip each piece of fish in a beaten egg, and then roll in breadcrumbs on all sides.

Step 4

Prepare a baking sheet - line it with parchment. Carefully place the diced pieces of fish on a baking sheet so that the breading does not sprinkle from the fish. Bake the fish for at least 10 minutes. Once the breadcrumbs turn golden, the fish is ready. While the fish is baking, prepare the sauce.
