It is necessary

  • For 12 muffins:
  • - 6 chicken fillets without skin;
  • - 300 g of ham;
  • - 200 g of cheese;
  • - 8 small pickled cucumbers;
  • - salt and pepper to taste;
  • - 2-3 tbsp. mayonnaise;
  • - olive oil for lubricating molds (optional).

Instructions

Step 1

First, let's start preparing the filling. To do this, chop ham, cheese and pickled cucumbers into small cubes. Put everything in a large bowl, add lightly salt and pepper and mix well.

Step 2

We heat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees. Lubricate 12 muffin tins with olive oil (if cooking in silicone, this option can be omitted!).

Step 3

We divide each chicken fillet into 2 parts and beat it well, wrapping it in cling film. Salt and pepper and lay out in molds so that the ends hang down. Fill each with filling, cover with hanging edges and lightly grease with mayonnaise on top using a silicone brush. We send it to the oven for about half an hour.
