An original summer sweet dessert - ripe peaches baked with soft cheese. It is especially important to try it in the summer, when these fruits are available to every housewife.

- - 3 tablespoons of natural bee honey;
- - 300 grams of mascarpone;
- - a pinch of ground vanilla;
- - 4 tablespoons of sugar;

Peaches must be washed very thoroughly. The main thing is not to spoil the skin, since it breaks easily in ripe fruits. Otherwise, the dessert will look unaesthetic and unappetizing.

Next, the peaches are carefully divided into 2 parts with a sharp knife. It is imperative to remove the bone from them. This also needs to be done carefully.
