Peach and brie puffs cook in forty minutes. This delicacy is ideally combined with unsweetened tea, it can be served with breakfast with a cup of coffee, or you can take such puffs with you to work.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of puff pastry;
- - 100 g of brie cheese;
- - 25 g butter;
- - 3 peaches;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 1 egg.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse peaches, remove from each pit, cut into wedges. Melt butter in a skillet, add sugar there, cook over low heat, stirring occasionally. The sugar should be completely dissolved. Then add peach slices to the pan, simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.
Step 2
Defrost 500 g of puff pastry beforehand or cook it yourself. To do this, mix 320 g of flour with 200 g of softened butter, add 100 ml of water, a pinch of salt and sugar to taste. It is advisable to keep the mixed homemade dough in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours, so if you do not have free time, ready-made puff pastry is a good option.
Step 3
Roll out the puff pastry into a layer 0.5 centimeters thick, cut into equal squares. Place a couple of peach slices, then brie cheese slices in the center of each dough. Connect the edges of the dough, pinch well so that the peaches do not fall out of the puffs during cooking. Grease each puff on top with a beaten raw egg.
Step 4
Bake the peach and brie puffs for 25-30 minutes at a medium temperature of 180 degrees. You can sprinkle the finished puffs on top with plenty of powdered sugar, if you like it.
