It is necessary

- 250 g flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon oil

- 3 stalks of leeks
- 1 large or 2 small carrots
- 150 g low-fat cottage cheese
- Fresh parsley

- 1 egg yolk

Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, egg yolk, oil, salt and water and knead the dough. Let it settle in a warm place for at least 1 hour. Then roll out the dough in a thin layer on a floured surface. We cut it into 12 equal squares.
Step 2
Making the filling. We wash and peel the leek and finely chop its leaves. Peel and grate the carrots. Fry carrots and onions in a little butter. Season with grated nutmeg, salt and pepper. Add cottage cheese and finely chopped parsley and remove from heat. Cool it down.
Step 3
We lay out the filling in dough squares. We bend the corners of the squares into the middle and connect. Spread the puffs with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Preheat the oven and bake the puffs at 175 degrees until golden brown. Serve with any vegetable salad. Bon Appetit!
