Camembert and Brie cheese sandwiches are an unusually tender and tasty dish, which is also quick and easy to prepare. In European countries, this is a fairly common attribute of breakfast, which can charge you with good mood and energy for the whole day.
To make the simplest Camembert and Brie toasts, you will need the following ingredients - white bread (for 2 servings of 4 toast), one head of soft cheese with white mold, a couple of tablespoons of cranberry sauce, 20-40 grams of butter, and literally a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
Brush the toast with butter, then place the cheese slices on the clean side of two of them. Add some vinegar on top of the cheese and a spoonful of cranberry sauce. Cover the toast with the remaining portions, again with the clean side facing the cheese and butter facing up. Fry toast in a skillet until appetizing golden brown. Cut the toast in half before serving.
A more hearty breakfast dish is toasted sandwiches with soft, moldy cheese and ham. Take the following ingredients - 4 toast for 2 servings, 30-40 grams of butter, one medium apple, a slice of ham, a 100-120 grams of cheese, a pinch of black pepper for flavor, and a couple of curly parsley sprigs for garnish. In this recipe, an ordinary toaster or frying pan will be an excellent helper for you, with which you should first fry the pieces of bread.
Spread butter on two toasts, top with slices of ham, then apples and wedges of cheese. Season the ingredients, cover with slices of bread on top and fry in a pan for another 4-5 minutes. Serve toast, cut in two with parsley sprigs, on the table for morning tea or coffee.
In Greece and the Mediterranean countries, in some restaurants you can also try delicious sandwiches with Camembert or Brie cheese, walnuts and figs. For this dish, you will need the following ingredients - 1 ciabatta bun, 2 ripe fig fruits, half a head of cheese, 2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts without shell, the same amount of fragrant liquid honey, a little olive oil and green salad to taste.
First, cut the ciabatta in half across, then cut each piece in half lengthwise. This will give you 4 slices of bread. Fry each of them on both sides until a delicious golden crust appears. In a separate bowl, combine honey and nuts. Put a green salad on a slightly cooled bread, then pieces of cheese, slices of figs, a honey-nut mixture. Then cover the ingredients with a second slice of ciabatta on top. The dish is ready!
Rye toasts with cheese will be no less tasty. Prepare the following products - 1 head of Camembert or Brie, literally 50-60 grams of mascarpone cheese, a little sour cream, a couple of tablespoons of chopped shallots, ½ teaspoon of cumin seeds, a pinch of black pepper, 50-60 grams of butter, fresh rye bread, cut into toast.
In one bowl, combine both cheeses, cut into small pieces, onion, sour cream, cumin and pepper. Mix the ingredients well. Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees Celsius, put rye toast with small pieces of butter on a baking sheet, fry them for 5-6 minutes until light crunchiness appears. Chill the bread, place the prepared pate mixture on the bottom toasts, cover with the second half of rye bread.
