Step 1
The first step is to cut the fillet pieces and saturate them with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Fry the resulting pieces in vegetable oil in a frying pan until half cooked.

Cut the onion into half rings and fry slowly in vegetable oil until a bright golden color appears. Fill with sauce. We make the sauce like this: combine a spoonful of flour with water and mix thoroughly.
