Fish is a product that is good for everyone. There are many recipes for its preparation. Delicious with fish and salads, which many like. In them, like in others, you can put different ingredients. They will completely replace meat and other salads on the festive table.
Salad "Olivier with fish"
Olivier salad is a classic. It can be prepared for any holiday and on a weekday. It is prepared not only with meat, but also with fish. Better to take white fish or red. But if you want to make the salad more economical, then the same pollock, cod and other fish will do.
Ingredients for 4-5 servings:
- 250 g fish fillet;
- 3 potatoes;
- 3 chicken eggs;
- 0, 5 cans of green peas;
- 1 cucumber;
- 1 carrot (small);
- 150-200 g of sour cream and mayonnaise (you can take equally);
- greens to your taste;
- salt.
Salad preparation
- Boil potatoes, carrots, eggs and fish. Try not to overcook foods. Cut fresh cucumber into cubes. Also chop up potatoes, carrots and fish. Cut the egg or pass through the vinaigrette.
- Put the chopped ingredients in a deep bowl. Add peas. Put carrots at your own discretion, as many do not welcome them in a salad. Pour with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to your taste and preference. Decorate with greenery based on your abilities.
Salad with sprats
Salad with sprats is one of the most beloved and demanded salads with fish. It is tasty, nutritious and can decorate both everyday and festive tables. The dish is prepared quickly. And if you are laying a festive table, then put it in cups or special portion forms, for example, from cucumber ribbons. Thus, you will still surprise and delight your guests.
For the salad, you will need the following products:
- 1 can of sprat;
- 3 potato tubers;
- 150 g of hard cheese;
- 3 chicken eggs;
- 2 young cucumbers (for salad and for slicing);
- a few feathers of green onions;
- mayonnaise on demand;
- dill greens or other herbs for decoration.
Cooking a dish
- Wash the potatoes well. Boil. Cool and peel. Grate it and place it in an even layer on a plate on which a layered salad will form. Apply a net of mayonnaise on top of the potatoes.
- Wash green onions, drain and chop finely. Sprinkle potatoes with them - 2 layers.
- Grate the cheese and cover the chopped onion with it. Again a mesh of mayonnaise.
- The next layer is a fresh cucumber, cut into cubes. A layer of mayonnaise.
- Open a jar of sprats. Remove their tails. Gently lay the salad with them. You can do it chaotically.
- For boiled eggs, separate the yolks from the whites and also grate. Sprinkle them over sprats. You can do this at your discretion: layer-by-layer-protein-yolk or mix.
- Decorate the salad with dill or other herbs. You can decorate with cucumber slices, for example, making bows from them.
- Put the salad to soak for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
