- 1 head of onion (preferably blue);
- 2 pickled cucumbers;
- 1 cup parboiled long grain rice
- Salt, spices and mayonnaise according to your taste.
Prepare a salad with red fish like this:
- Boil the rice until cooked, following the instructions on the package, cool the cereal.
- Boil the eggs, cool, peel, cut into small pieces.
- Cut the fish into medium-sized cubes. If the fish has bones, be sure to remove them.
- Cut the cucumbers into small cubes.
- Peel the onion, cut it as small as possible.
