Red caviar is a tasty, valuable and quite expensive product. That is why, if it suddenly deteriorates a little or does not have a very good taste, it can be "reanimated". After that, even slightly spoiled caviar will return its original taste and aroma, which cannot be compared even with the noblest fish. Of course, a completely spoiled product cannot be “revived”, it can only be thrown away. But it is better to bring a slightly spoiled caviar to its normal form and eat it.

Instructions

Step 1

You can fix the taste of salted red caviar in 20 minutes. Place the food in a deep dish and add warm water. Make sure that the caviar is not boiled, the water temperature should not exceed 25-30 degrees, otherwise the caviar will simply turn white. Soak for about 7 minutes, stirring gently. Place cheesecloth in a colander and lay out the caviar to drain. After 10-15 minutes, you can already taste the lightly salted caviar.

Step 2

If the red caviar is slightly sour, but not completely, but only acquired a slight sourness and a slightly perceptible unpleasant aroma, fill it with ordinary tea leaves. You can then rinse with more water, but this is optional. Let the caviar drain off excess liquid.

Step 3

Milk will save the completely lost caviar, however, the taste will no longer be the same as that of fresh caviar. Pour boiled cooled milk over the caviar and leave to soak for 30-60 minutes. This method is suitable in extreme cases, but there is no guarantee that you will not be poisoned later.
