Home-style boiled pork
Rinse a piece of pork under running water, cut off excess fat and cut it into pieces. Rub the meat with salt and pepper. Peel the garlic and cut each wedge into 2-3 pieces. Stuff the meat with garlic, for this make deep indentations with a long knife and put pieces of garlic in them. Put the chopped bacon in a frying pan, put on fire, fry until golden brown. Then transfer the bacon to a deep baking dish, add water and add the meat. Close the lid and bake in the oven at medium temperature for 1.5-2 hours until golden brown.

Boiled pork in wine
Rinse the pork, cut off the bacon, rub with salt and spices to taste. Sprinkle with celery and parsley roots and chopped garlic cloves. Take an enamel pot, put in the meat. Finely chop the onions, add to the pan, pour in the red wine. Refrigerate for 2 days. Then remove a piece of meat from the pan, dry it (you can put it in a colander and wait for the marinade to drain). Place the pork on a baking sheet. Melt the cut lard and pour over the meat. Bake in the oven at an average temperature for 1, 5-2 hours, periodically pouring juice. The dish can be complicated and cook a full-fledged hot: cut the finished pork into pieces, put in a saucepan. Pour in a glass of sour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese and put in the oven, heat for about 10 minutes, sprinkle with herbs before serving.

Boiled pork in foil
Spread the foil on a baking sheet, in several layers, to avoid loss of juice. Peel the onion, cut into rings and place in the center of the foil. Rinse the meat under running water. Make a mixture of salt, pepper, and crushed garlic. Make indentations in the meat and add a little of this mixture with a teaspoon. Make the grooves more often so that the piece of meat is stuffed all over. Lay the pork on an onion "pillow", cover with free edges of foil, close it up so that there are no cracks and holes. Preheat the oven to medium heat and bake the meat for about 2 hours. This pork is best served cold.
