Cooking meat in the oven is, on the one hand, a real art, and on the other hand, a real pleasure. There are a lot of recipes for cooking meat in the oven and today we present to your attention boiled pork cooked in the oven.
Plain boiled pork in the oven
For cooking you will need:
- a kilogram of pork (you can take a ham);
- a glass of maximum heavy cream;
- garlic;
- hot red pepper;
- a tablespoon of mustard;
- some salt.
Rinse the meat well, trim off the excess and pat dry with a paper towel. To make the meat fragrant, prick with a toothpick or fork. Make 10-15 punctures on each side. Pass the garlic through a press and mix with the cream and the rest of the seasonings. The sauce should be like sour cream in consistency.
Preheat the oven, put the pork in foil, coat with sauce, wrap and bake for an hour. When the boiled pork is ready, let it cool and only then cut it.
Fragrant boiled pork in the sleeve
As in the recipe above, take 1 kg of meat. For the marinade, we need bay leaves and black peppercorns. The marinade needs to be boiled: pour 1 liter of water into a saucepan and add a tablespoon of salt, add seasonings to taste, bring to a boil and cook for 5-10 minutes. Make sure to chill the marinade before marinating the meat!
Marinate pork for 3-4 hours, you can leave it overnight. Before sending the meat to bake, wipe dry, brush with spices and herbs of your choice. Bake the pork in a well-preheated oven for an hour and a half. Serve chilled on the table.
