Step 1
First you need to take chicken or partridge fillets and boil in salted water until cooked (the mass of the cooked fillet should be about 300 g). If you have fresh mushrooms available, such as champignons, boil them too. You also need to boil the eggs, and cut the onion heads into half rings.

The next step is to cut the boiled poultry fillet into thin strips, boiled or canned mushrooms should be cut into pieces of the same shape and the same should be done with pickled cucumbers. Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Hard-boiled eggs, grate or cut into cubes. The onion cut into half rings should be fried in a pan in a small amount of sunflower oil (refined, odorless) until golden brown, then put the onion on paper napkins and let the excess oil drain off.

Next, all the ingredients of the salad must be mixed in a large bowl, salt and pepper to taste and season with mayonnaise (who likes - sour cream), and then mix thoroughly. Now you can put the finished salad in a salad bowl and sprinkle with pine nut kernels on top (if there are no pine nuts, replace with walnuts, 8-10 pieces will be enough).
