  • - carrots - 150 g;
  • - onions - 150 g;
  • - greens;

  • - salt;
  • - mayonnaise.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour water into a bowl, put the chicken liver in it and set to cook. After the water boils, cook the liver for another 15 minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, onions, mushrooms and greens must be chopped. Grate boiled eggs and carrots, preferably fine.

Step 3

Put chopped onions in a preheated pan and fry. Next, add the chopped champignons to it and cook for another 15 minutes.

Step 4

While onions and mushrooms are fried, the finished chicken liver must be chopped either with a meat grinder or with a fine grater.

Step 5

Combine the following ingredients in one bowl: chopped chicken liver, fried onions and mushrooms, as well as grated eggs, carrots and chopped herbs. Salt the resulting mass and mix well. When serving this salad to the table, season with mayonnaise and transfer to tartlets. Chicken liver salad tartlets are ready!
