The leaves of the golden mustache contain many useful substances, so why not combine them with the equally useful turnip, making delicious homemade cutlets? Turnip cutlets are very simple to prepare.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg of turnips;
- - 100 ml of cream;
- - 30 g of golden mustache leaves;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 100 ml of vegetable oil;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of bread crumbs;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of semolina;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the turnips and, without peeling, rub on a large grater, cover with cream, put on a quiet fire, cover with a lid, simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Then add eggs and semolina. Mix well until the lumps disappear, salt.
Step 3
Form cutlets from the resulting mass, bread them in breadcrumbs, fry in vegetable oil.
Step 4
Sprinkle with pre-chopped golden mustache leaves before serving.
