Step 1
Cut the butter into small cubes. Chop the parsley.
Step 2
Chop the peeled fillet into small pieces, add butter, herbs and mix until the meat and butter become one whole. Season with finely ground salt, pepper to taste, add cream and stir. Blind small cutlets.
