Flounder fish has tender, juicy, aromatic meat, which can be appreciated by real gourmets. There are many recipes for cooking fish, the most common option is fried flounder or flounder in batter. But such dishes are high in calories, so it is recommended to bake the flounder with a minimum of ingredients.
It is necessary
- For two to three servings:
- - 500 g of flounder;
- - 300 g of tomatoes;
- - lemon juice from half of the fruit;
- - pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the fish, rinse it, salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with lemon juice. Refrigerate the fish for 2-3 hours. After that, it will turn out to be much softer. Cutting the flounder into pieces is not required.

Rinse the tomatoes, cut them into cubes.
Step 3
Place the marinated flounder in a baking dish with whole fish.
Step 4
Place the chopped tomatoes on top of the fish. Place in the oven for 30 minutes. Cook at 190 degrees.

Sprinkle any fresh herbs on the flounder before serving. Garnish with lemon wedges.
