Step 1
Grease a baking dish with oil. Cut the fillets into small portions. Lay them out in the mold. If fillets are skinned, spread skin side down.

Peel the onion and cut into small pieces about 3 mm thick. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
Step 3
Combine onion, garlic, apple juice, lemon juice, ginger root, oil, honey, and pepper. Spoon this mixture over the top of the fish. Cover with foil and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Remove the foil from the fish and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the fish begins to crumble under a fork.
