Funchoza with vegetables, chicken breast stewed in them with spices and sauce is a wonderful, hearty dinner after which you will not get fat.

We take a non-stick frying pan that is convenient for you. We will cook a dish in it. Pour it with olive oil (or sunflower) and twist to spread. We take Bulgarian red, bell peppers (you can also yellow, but red is more saturated) and cut it into small cubes. We do the same with tomatoes. Tomatoes can be taken 1 large or 3-4 cherry. We put everything in a frying pan, add 3-4 tablespoons of drinking water, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat.

We take out the chicken breast and put it on a cutting board, before that, remembering to wash the breast in cold water. Cut the fillet into small square-rectangular pieces. One half-breast is enough for a serving of three. Once chopped, put it in a skillet where vegetables are stewed. Sprinkle with salt to taste, chicken seasoning and ground paprika. Mix everything thoroughly, make medium heat and simmer.

We simmer the chicken in vegetables for about fifteen minutes, stirring every 3-4 minutes. At ten minutes, add teriyaki sauce. If you still do not know your rate, then 2-3 tablespoons will be enough for the first time. Mix and cover. Towards the end of cooking the poultry, check if there is enough seasoning and paprika, if not, add. Paprika gives a richer taste, does not sharpen and gives an amazing aroma to the dish.

Now you need funchose. We put the skein in a pan-like container or any other deep dish that can withstand boiling water. Now we fill it with freshly boiled water, the most optimal from the kettle. The amount of water can only hide the vermicelli. We are waiting for 3-4 minutes, stir it and in the fifth minute you can drain the water through a colander. We are waiting for the water to completely drain from the noodles. The funchoza is softened and can already be added to the pan.

The final step in preparing a delicious dinner! you need to add the softened funchose to the pan with chicken, stir everything thoroughly, distribute the vegetables and simmer for about five minutes over low heat, stirring twice. You can sprinkle a little paprika again for flavor! You can also garnish the dish with sesame seeds, herbs, or cilantro. Turn off and let stand for 2-3 minutes. Dinner is ready, you can serve it on the table!
