Funchoza is an Asian dish, the main ingredient of which is the so-called "glass" noodles. It is made from mung bean starch, yam, rice or potatoes. In the process of cooking, such noodles acquire transparency, hence its interesting nickname.
It is necessary
- - 1 set for making funchose salad, for example, "Chim Chim" (2 "nests" of Chinese noodles and a bag of sauce)
- - 1 chicken breast;
- - 1 small white onion;
- - 1 raw carrot;
- - 1 red bell pepper;
- - 1 fresh medium-sized cucumber;
- - odorless vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse carrots thoroughly, peel and then grate on a coarse grater, you can also use a special Korean carrot grater.
Step 2
Rinse the bell pepper, free it from seeds and light partitions. Cut into small strips.
Step 3
Rinse the cucumber thoroughly and, without peeling, cut into thin strips or medium-sized slices.
Step 4
Peel the onion, chop finely into strips. Fry in hot oil in a pan, then add the chicken, cut into small pieces, mix. Cook until the chicken is cooked through. Stove fire is moderate.
Step 5
Add grated carrots and strips of sweet red pepper to the skillet in the meat. Stir and continue cooking for another 4 minutes.
Step 6
Place the noodles in a deep ceramic or thick glass dish, then cover with boiling water and leave for 10 minutes. Throw in a colander, rinse with boiled water at room temperature.
Step 7
In a deep salad bowl, stir together the funchose, chicken with vegetables, chopped cucumber, and the sauce from the set. Stir well, cover and refrigerate for an hour.
Step 8
Remove the salad from the refrigerator, stir again, place on portioned plates and serve.
