Sesame is very useful because it contains a fairly large amount of calcium, which is very important for our body. Of course, you won't want to eat sesame in its usual form, so I suggest making cookies from it.
It is necessary
- - flour - 70 g;
- - butter - 60 g;
- - sugar - 120 g;
- - egg - 1 pc.;
- - vanilla extract - 0.5 teaspoon;
- - freshly squeezed lemon juice - 1 teaspoon;
- - sesame seeds - 160 g;
- - baking powder for dough - 0.5 teaspoon;
- - salt - 0.5 teaspoon.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the wheat flour in a separate cup and combine it with ingredients such as salt and baking powder, i.e. baking powder.

After softening it at room temperature, combine butter with granulated sugar. Whisk this mixture properly, then add one raw chicken egg, vanilla extract and lemon juice. Beat the resulting mass, preferably with a mixer, for 20-30 seconds.
Step 3
Then, reducing the speed on the mixer, add the dry flour mixture to the resulting mass in several steps. Mix everything until smooth.
Step 4
Put the sesame seeds to the bulk. Mix everything as it should. If you wish, you can fry it in a pan without oil, just keep in mind that in this case it will lose many useful properties.
Step 5
Place the parchment on a baking sheet and place the sesame mass on it in the form of small cakes. It is most convenient to do this procedure using a teaspoon. The distance between the future sesame cookies should be at least 3-4 centimeters.
Step 6
Place the baking sheet with the tortillas in the oven. Bake the future delicacy at 180 degrees. The exact cooking time is difficult to say, as it will depend on the size of the cookie. On average, this dish is cooked for 8-15 minutes.

Allow the finished baked goods to cool down. The sesame cookies are ready!
