Despite the fact that we will use very little butter for baking, the cookies will turn out to be unusually tasty, tender and crumbly!
It is necessary
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 700 g flour;
- - a couple of pinches of salt;
- - 2 tsp baking powder;
- - 2 tsp vanilla sugar;
- - 180 g of sugar;
- - 100 ml of milk;
- - 140 g sesame seeds.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the butter in a large bowl and let it warm to room temperature and soften. To make the process go faster, I recommend cutting it into small cubes.
Step 2
Sift flour with baking powder and salt into a bowl with butter. Grind everything together thoroughly into crumbs.
Step 3
Beat 4 eggs a little with a fork or hand whisk in a separate bowl. Then add them to the flour crumbs and mix. Pour milk into a bowl, add both types of sugar and stir until smooth.
Step 4
Put the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Line the baking sheet with baking paper or parchment.
Step 5
Pour sesame seeds onto a plate. Separate small pieces from the dough and roll with your palms into a ball similar in size to a walnut. Then flatten the balls into tortillas and dip each side in sesame seeds. Put the blanks on a baking sheet and send to the oven for 25 minutes. The golden color of the baked goods will serve as a sign of readiness.
