It is very easy to prepare such a wonderful side dish as baked potatoes in sesame seeds. It goes well with almost all types of meat and fish dishes, and tastes good as a separate dish. Thanks to sesame seeds, it contains a large amount of calcium necessary for the body.
It is necessary
- Potatoes 6-8 tubers;
- Sesame 150 g;
- Salt to taste;
- Dried basil, oregano, savory to taste (or mixture of "Provencal herbs").
- Olive oil (refined sunflower oil) 3 tbsp. (2- in the sesame mixture. 1- for greasing the baking sheet)
Instructions
Step 1
Wash thoroughly with a brush (potatoes are baked with skin!) And cut into slices.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix sesame seeds, salt and herbal mixture.
Step 3
Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and stir evenly to coat the slices.
Step 4
Dip the slices in the sesame, salt and herb mixture.
Step 5
Put the potatoes in a greased dish and bake until golden brown.
