A simple recipe for a delicious snack.
It is necessary
- 1 kg of zucchini;
- 1 large carrot;
- 1 large onion;
- Tomatoes s / s - 300 g;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- Parsley and dill roots (you can also take dried herbs), a little cilantro (or coriander), basil, salt and black pepper, 1/2 tsp. turmeric, a pinch of chili;
- A little vegetable oil - fry the vegetables.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the zucchini, cut into small cubes, simmer for 15 minutes.
Finely chop onions, carrots, tomatoes and fry separately. Make sure that the onions do not burn - otherwise the caviar will taste bitter!
Step 2
Combine the contents of both pans in a blender, add garlic and seasonings, press the "pulse" a couple of times.
Put everything in one pan, add the tomatoes and simmer over low heat until the desired consistency (I like it thicker, I simmer for almost 45 minutes).
Cool, transfer to a jar.
Delicious with toast for breakfast!
