  • 2 eggplants;
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic;
  • Art. a spoonful of mayonnaise;
  • 150 g of vegetable oil;
  • salt;
  • a glass of flour.

Cut the eggplants into slices no more than one centimeter thick. Place in a bowl, season with salt to taste. After 5-10 minutes, the vegetables will start juicing. Add a little water to the bowl, then drain it, ridding the dish of excess salts. Place the eggplant on a paper towel.
