It is necessary

  • Products:
  • - 2 slices of toasted wheat bread;
  • - 2 chicken eggs;
  • - 2 sausages;
  • - 50 g each blood sausage and bacon;
  • - 1 tomato;
  • - 3 large mushrooms;
  • - 50 g of canned beans in tomato;
  • - 20 g butter;
  • - salt;
  • - freshly ground black pepper;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • Dishes:
  • - Grill pan;
  • - an ordinary frying pan or stewpan;
  • - baking sheet or baking dish;
  • - fork;
  • - scapula;
  • - knife.

Instructions

Step 1

Take all the food you need out of the refrigerator and prepare it. Remove the stalk from the tomato, cut it lengthwise into halves and cut off a small "butt" from each convex side, literally a few millimeters. Cut the blood sausage into two thick, equal round slices. Separate the bacon strips from each other.

Step 2

Turn on the oven, setting the temperature to 180oC. Preheat a grill pan thoroughly with vegetable oil over high heat until a haze appears. Place the sausages on it, let them brown properly, then transfer to a baking sheet or baking dish and place in the oven for 10 minutes. Place the bread in the same place to dry and turn into toast. Remember to turn it over after a few minutes.

Step 3

Return the pan to the grill, reduce the heat to medium and brown the bacon slices until crisp and brown. Pull them out by hooking them to the edges with the teeth of a fork and place them on a thick paper towel. Put the mushrooms whole or cut into longitudinal slices in the fat left in the dish. Place the beans in the tomato and the tomato chunks next to each other.

Step 4

Heat a regular skillet or saucepan on an adjacent hotplate at moderate heat. Melt the butter completely in it. Break the eggs there as carefully as possible so as not to damage the yolk. Sprinkle them with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Make scrambled eggs, stirring occasionally the beans, turning over mushrooms, vegetables, and keeping an eye on what is cooking in the oven.

Step 5

Serve your breakfast in English. Take a large flat plate with a thick bottom and heat it slightly in the microwave or oven. Spread everything you've just fried or reheated on it: sausages and eggs, blood sausage and bacon chips, tomatoes, beans, mushrooms, and finally toast.
