  • Heavy cream - 200 ml;
  • Sugar - 60 g;
  • Vanillin - on the tip of a knife;
  • Jam, raisins, caramelized apples - optional and to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut off the crust of the bread and send it to a preheated oven (170 degrees), having previously greased it with oil. The bread should be browned. Do not forget to turn it over so that the bread is covered with a blush on both sides.
