The traditional British breakfast is not particularly sophisticated, but it is hearty, large, high in calories, but very tasty. Most often, it contains eggs, sausages, bacon, toasted tomatoes, mushrooms and toast bread. All this is served with a cup of tea. Making this nutritious breakfast at home is quick and easy.

- - 50 g beans in tomato sauce
- - 20 g milk or cream
- - 20 g butter
- - 2 slices of toast bread

Step 1
To make a British breakfast, we'll need a large skillet, plain or grilled. Heat the pan strongly and first fry the sausages on it for 5-7 minutes. Then the sausages are laid out on a plate, and bacon is fried in the same pan. You need to fry it for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Excess bacon oil should be removed with a tissue that will absorb it.
Step 3
In the same large frying pan in the same oil, you need to fry a tomato, previously cut into rings, salted and seasoned with ground pepper. This will allow the vegetable to absorb the flavor of the meat products.

There is no need to wash the mushrooms; it is enough to wipe them with a napkin or a brush, removing the dirt. Cut the champignons in half and fry each half on both sides for 2-3 minutes each.
Step 5
Add olive oil to the pan and break the eggs. You need to fry them for about four minutes, from time to time, gently straighten the protein with a spatula. You can cook fried eggs, keeping the yolk intact, or you can break it and fry it - whoever likes it.
Step 6
Brown the bread toast on each side for one minute.

On a large plate, all the products are stacked in the following order: scrambled eggs are framed with fried bacon, beans in tomato sauce, fried mushrooms, sausages are located nearby, and the free space is filled with tomatoes. Brown toast is placed on the edge of the plate.
